The check-in process was smooth. The food selection was HUGE!!!
Unfortunately, the cocktails were not good. The "signature cocktails" tasted different based on who made them. The beach bar drinks tasted like they used cheap alcohol, and it made me wonder where it came from. The waiters did not know much about the cocktails. They just told you to scan a qr code. i wasn't impressed.

tasty food great drinks attentive staff
i found a great variety of tasty food . the resort had awesome drinks available. the staff at every bar was attentive.. they quickly checked if we had placed our drink orders. our room was cleaned daily, with consistent replenishment of mini bar items and toiletries.
the beach has stones and rocks, it was quite deceving.

the resort offers various swimming pools . the pools and the beach are wonderful. there is good entertainment throughout the day. the hotel provides a box of things for the baby, like a bottle warmer and bib.

food selection unique ambiance
i enjoyed the multiple food options. The buffet had a great selection (i loved the desserts!). i also liked the availability of different bars. each bar offered unique ambiances and drink selections.
the gym equipment seemed a LITTLE outdated.

delicious food wide variety daily shows kids' club
I loved the delicious food. There was such a wide variety. the daily shows were a real highlight, they added a lot of excitement. the staff were really professional! the kids' club was fantastic. It seemed a safe and enjoyable place for children.
there were no lifeguards around the pool, even with so many kids there! i was a little worried about safety.

The food options were plentiful. The buffet offered varied choices for every palate! the a la carte restaurants provided tasty alternatives. Everything tasted really fresh.
